🎥 New in the Educational Cabinet:
- The Healing Power of Art: Interview (in English) An interview with social skills therapist Maria Szydłowska explores how art, music, and drama support emotional well-being. She highlights the importance of cultural events for fostering a sense of belonging and describes how artistic techniques in therapy help clients express feelings that words cannot capture.
- Difference is a Positive Thing (interview in English) The graphic designer of the l’Altre festival shares how mental health can be visually represented with humor and sensitivity. The video offers insights into the creation of the festival’s visual identity, developed through collaboration between artists, people with mental illness, and mental health professionals.
- The l’Altre Festival and Inclusive Culture (in English) A recording from the Inclusive Theatre Seminar in Warsaw presents the l’Altre festival as an example of accessibility and diversity. It showcases how the festival integrates art and social engagement while raising awareness of mental health issues.
- INSPIRE Presentation in Catalonia (in Catalan) This video captures the presentation of the INSPIRE project at an event by the Catalan agency Acció 10. In front of over a hundred participants from the cultural sector, the l’Altre festival team introduced opportunities for international collaboration and cultural project networking.
